It consists of 2 core software components : Backup Agent (easy to use client agent for backing up PCs and Macs), Backup Server (server component which is hosting data and backup set)

It has modules for backing up File, Emails, and Windows System on computers or via a comprehensive client agent for backing up servers (Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL Database, Lotus Domino, Lotus Notes, Windows System, Active Directory, Office 365 Exchange Mailbox and etc). Also supporting mobile application for backing up Android and iOS devices.

Backup Location

It’s supporting storing backup set to remote storage, local or mapped network storage (e.g. USB drive, NAS, and file server), FTP / SFTP server

Manageability

It comes with a windows or web based management console for system administrator to easily manage the whole backup system. Users can also login to the User Web Console to manage backup set, perform backup/restore and monitor live activities.
